Tip of the Week: Shift your weight to create power

RSS

Every golfer wants more distance off the tee, but many are robbed of the power they’d like because their bodies don’t work correctly in the swing.

More specifically, they don’t shift their weight properly on the downswing, through impact and into their finish.

In this video segment, School of Golf host Martin Hall has a simple drill that you can use on the range to make sure that you’re getting your weight moving toward the target.

Try this drill, because if you can improve your weight shift you’ll generate more power with your swing.
