Tip of the Week: Synchronize your body and arms


If you’re looking to become a more consistent ball-striker, a great feel to have is that your body pivot and arm swing are synched up in your golf swing.

Creating that feel, however, can be easier said than done.

In this video segment, Brad Brewer is going to show you a great drill to help you improve the synchronization of your arms and body, and all you’ll need to accomplish that goal is your golf towel.

Try this drill the next time you practice and you’ll get your arm swing and body pivot in sync, and the result will be more solid shots.
