Adam Scott’s on-the-market home in Abu Dhabi has everything you’d expect with a $6.2 million price tag: 10,000 square feet, swimming pool, rooms for the maid, views of Saadiyat Golf Club and the ocean.
But to drum up interest, he has offered to throw in a little extra for the buyer: a round of golf with the world No. 2.
“Whether the round of golf takes place in Abu Dhabi or on one of the courses in America or Australia, Adam will definitely honor the commitment to play,” said Andrew Colvill, the head of investment sales at LLJ Property, according to a local report.
Scott told the local paper there that he bought the property in 2008 for “about the same price” but never actually lived in it because of his busy travel schedule.
In recent months Scott also sold his Surfers Paradise beachfront apartment in Australia after taking a reported $2.4 million hit.
