A champions menu

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Angel Cabrera unveiled the Champions Dinner menu on Tuesday. The meal begins with grouper ceviche over plantain chips, followed by empanadas de carne y pollo (beef and chicken turnovers) and grilled Argentine style rib eye steak with a Malbec demi-glaze for the main course.

For dessert the Argentine went with panqueque de dulce de leche (caramel crepes with vanilla ice cream).

Of course, had things gone the other way during last year’s playoff, the menu could have looked much different. If Chad Campbell had won the former champions would have been treated to a buffet of plain hamburgers.
