Donald to use stand-in caddie at Disney

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Luke Donald, $363,000 behind Webb Simpson in the race for this year’s PGA Tour money title, will have to make do with a stand-in caddie this week at Disney.

Donald’s normal caddie, John McLaren, was recently married and is on his honeymoon this week. The Englishman, who committed to the Tour finale at the last minute in an attempt to become the first duel member to win both the PGA Tour and European Tour money titles, hired Thomas Bjorn’s caddie Gareth Lord for Disney.

Donald will be paired with Simpson for the first two rounds and he will need to finish in a tie for second place or better to claim the cash crown.
