Hurricane Sandy spares 2013 PGA site Oak Hill

Hurricane Sandy may have left a path of destruction in its wake, but Oak Hill Country Club – the 2013 PGA Championship venue – has been spared from the worst damage.

According to the Syracuse Post-Standard, the Pittsford, N.Y., club suffered minimal damage because of the storm – only a felled tree along the par-4 10th hole and significant flooding on many of the course’s holes.
