Zach Johnson, Dufner reunited at Crowne Plaza

After dueling down the stretch at Colonial a year ago, defending champion Zach Johnson and Jason Dufner find themselves together for another 36 holes in Fort Worth, Texas, this week. Here's a look at who rounds out their early-round threesome, as well as several of the other featured groupings this week in the first round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational (all times CDT):

7:33 a.m. (10th tee): Zach Johnson, Jason Dufner, Sang-Moon Bae

Last year, Dufner was in search of back-to-back wins, having triumphed the week prior in Dallas, but he was outdueled by Johnson, who won at Colonial for the second time in three years. This week, the duo will play alongside Bae, who last week became the eighth player to record his first career PGA Tour victory in 2013 after outlasting Keegan Bradley and Charl Schwartzel at TPC Four Seasons.

7:44 a.m. (10th tee): Martin Laird, Kevin Streelman, Matt Kuchar

This group includes a trio of players with wins already to their credit during the 2013 season, as Streelman will look to continue a stretch that has seen him finish inside the top six in each of his last three starts. He'll be grouped with Laird, who tied for 10th at Colonial in both 2010 and 2011, and Kuchar, who has four top-30 finishes in six career appearances in Fort Worth.

12:33 p.m. (1st tee): Rickie Fowler, Charl Schwartzel, Davis Love III

A week after nearly winning at TPC Four Seasons, Schwartzel finds himself alongside one of the Tour's rising stars, as well as one of its most consistent veterans. Fowler tied for fifth here a year ago and will look to bounce back from a missed cut two weeks ago at TPC Sawgrass. Love, meanwhile, is still on the mend following neck surgery but played impressively in his first start back at The Players Championship, finishing in a tie for 48th.

12:44 p.m. (1st tee): Hunter Mahan, Angel Cabrera, David Lingmerth

A relative unknown a few weeks ago, Lingmerth will be making his first start since a surprising runner-up finish at TPC Sawgrass. He'll play the first two rounds with Cabrera, who has continued to play well in the wake of his playoff loss at Augusta National, and Mahan, who has hardly been a model of consistency in 2013 but does head to Fort Worth off a T-19 finish in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
