May we suggest the Boo-Birdie


HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Had lunch in the Harbour Town Grill Wednesday afternoon and couldn’t resist ordering the Boo-Birdie, named in honor of two-time Heritage champion Boo Weekley.

It’s a grilled, marinated breast of chicken with avocado, pepper jack cheese and Dijon-horseradish sauce on a Kaiser roll. Sweet tea is optional.

Fellow Tour type and friend Brendon de Jonge didn’t hesitate when it was time to order, “I have to see what that’s like.”
