Rookie Brendon Todd Having Ups and Downs

In consecutive days Brendon Todd covered the par-3 17th hole at the Nationwide Tour’s Athens Regional Foundation Classic in two strokes, two aces and six pops less than it took the Tour rookie to complete the par-4 fifth hole at TPC Louisiana on Thursday.
Keep up because this gets confusing. Todd’s second shot from 162 yards sailed over the green. No. 3 moved about 7 yards into some foliage and it took two more swings and a penalty stroke to reach the putting surface for a two-putt quadruple bogey-8.
The bad news? Golf gives and golf takes away. The good news? Todd proved that bad golf doesn’t have to take forever, playing the fifth hole in less than 15 minutes.
