Tough to nail down U.S. hand gestures, but ...

PARKER, Colo. – The U.S. Solheim Cup squad won’t divulge the reason behind why they wave their hand in front of their faces after making a key putt, but word around Colorado Golf Club is that European stalwart Suzann Pettersen may have been the instigator.

Stacy Lewis said Saturday that the move, described as a “You Can’t See Me” move made famous by WWE superstar John Cena, was something she, or anyone else on the team, would not discuss.

“I’m not really allowed to say,” Lewis said. “It’s just like a team thing that Cristie Kerr came up with. And so we’re all doing it.”

Pettersen sent out a tweet earlier in the week with a photo of the European squad siting around in various poses that said “waiting on the Americans to get done taking pictures of their nail polish.”
