Weather suspends D. Bank midway through Rd. 4

NORTON, Mass. – For the second time on Monday officials posted an inclement weather warning at TPC Boston and play was halted at 2:07 p.m. ET.

Just two groups had completed their rounds at the Deutsche Bank Championship and front-runner Henrik Stenson had completed eight holes and was 20 under. The start of play was delayed 90 minutes early Monday because of storms.

Officials plan to have players back “in position” for a restart at 4 p.m. and the range at TPC Boston has reopened.

Officials had hoped to beat the incoming weather, sending players off the first and 10th tees in threesomes.
