Dufner takes on Brewers pitcher in golf competition

RSS

In late April, reigning PGA champion Jason Dufner visited Miller Park, home of Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Brewers, to take some "batting practice" while promoting the 2015 PGA Championship - which will be played at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin. In typical Dufner fashion though, he took his promotional obligation to a whole new level, sending some playful tweets to Brewers starting pitcher Kyle Lohse, saying, among other things, "Sorry I'm not sorry for the divots behind home plate cheers!"

That turned into a back and forth, which resulted in what you see below, a golf challenge between the two around the baseball stadium involving five skill contests, including a long drive, closest to the pin from the upper deck and wedge shots out of the home bullpen.

If you couldn't already tell from the tweet below, Lohse lost, but it was closer than you would probably think. That sign would've been accurate before the contest even took place though, because Dufner does, in fact, rule.
