Original story:

Several PGA Tour and LPGA pros make their homes in Florida, which took a beating from Hurricane Irma on Sunday.

And while some - like Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas, Michelle Wie, Brooks Koepka and Luke Donald - got out of town before the storm struck, some stuck it out and hunkered down as Irma ripped up the west coast of the Sunshine State.

One of those pros was former world No. 1 Greg Norman, who posted a couple videos of the wind and rain at his home in Jupiter, Fla.:

Wow. More of this to come thanks to Irma.

Ian Poulter shared photos of his boarded up house in central Florida, and others sent their thoughts and prayers to the place they call home:

These Hurricanes are hard to predict so you can never take enough precautions.. I hope this is not needed at all...

It's too early to know the full extent of the damage caused by Hurricane Irma, but the victims of this natural disaster will need some help getting back on their feet.
