You hear that? That's the sound of nothing getting done at offices worldwide. Because as some sort of April Fool's Day gift from the gods, Google Maps has rolled out a special feature that allows you to play the classic arcade game Pac-Man anywhere in the world.
As you can see above, it's as easy as going to Google Maps, clicking on the Pac-Man icon in the lower left corner, and clearing out your schedule for the rest of the day.
And what kind of golf blog would we be if we didn't take the digital chomping head on a tour of the world's finest golf courses.
We start at Pebble Beach:
Then we took a stroll down Magnolia Lane where Pac-Man washed down his ghosts with some pimento cheese at Augusta National:
Then it was off to Pine Valley and all of its natural beauty:
Finally, it was across the pond for a stop on the Old Course at St. Andrews, where we downed a few more ghosts and a virtual pint.
Now go! Hurry up and start wasting your time. You won't regret it.
