Well, he's selling his "old family home," which is a rather quaint way of putting it.

According to the real estate section of LakeNona.com, 9743 Covent Garden Drive is a 4-bedroomn, 4 1/2-bathroom, 3,739-square-foot, "courtyard-style oasis within the ultimate country club setting." The place comes complete with an outdoor pool and spa that apparently includes its own summer kitchen. Inside, the second floor boasts "a game room outfitted to function as a custom home theater."
