There are still 18 holes to play in the 143rd Open Championship, but let it be known that Henrik Stenson is already a winner at Hoylake.
No, he hasn't run away with the claret jug - and at 18 shots off the pace of 54-hole leader Rory McIlroy, physically running away with the trophy appears the only way he can secure it - but instead, has won the "Hoylake wet t-shirt contest."
Luke Donald posted the video below to his Instagram account Saturday, where an already drenched Stenson (the forecasted Saturday rain at Royal Liverpool came after third-round play was complete) pours a bucket of water on himself (all water, no ice).
Donald captioned the video, "Stenson wins Hoylake wet T shirt contest comfortably!"
We're pretty sure Stenson was the only contestant, but hey, now he and (insert champion's name here) can both say they won at Hoylake in 2014.
