Flex-Fit for Golf Chipping and the hands wrists and forearms

The Open, a great golf tournament on a very difficult course played under extremely difficult conditions. As usual the short game played an important part of Harringtons win. Considering his wrist injury his performance is that much more impressive. In addition to Harringtons injury the commentator mentioned that hand, wrist and elbow injuries are plaguing many of the European tour players this year.
This week I have selected a great chipping tip from Brandel Chamblee, specifically using a 3 iron for chipping. Notice Brandels mention of the importance of hand and wrist flexibility in his tip.
To enhance your chipping I am providing you with a series of stretches for the hands and wrists as well as a tip targeting strength in your forearms.
