We have all done it – running late for our tee time, pounding coffee and changing our shoes in the parking lot.
What can you do to quickly prepare your body for the golf swing? Although this tip is not the “complete” golf warm-up it is a good way to get your trunk and shoulders prepared for your round.
Remember to begin the movements slowly and once you have mastered the movements pick up the pace and increase your speed. Breathe deeply and focus on initiating the action from the base of your core abdominals.
Next time you are headed for the course give yourself some extra time to prepare yourself for your round. Your body and your game will thank you.
