Last week started a series of video fitness tips that will help you keep the ball in play. Each week we address a different topic. Some of the issues we address are how to get more power from your hips, how to get better posture, flexibility and strength in your swing, etc…

Last week was my favorite stretch for the hip and low back. This week’s tip helps you get more turn in your torso by addressing the large muscles of the back, the lats.
