Question:
Should I do exercises for my chest or will it hurt my swing?
Jay - - Long Island, NY

Answer:
Jay - - I have been asked this question many times over the years. Keep in mind golf is a game of balance and you have to train your muscles balanced as well. Since you do exercises for your back, its a must to do exercises for your chest also. This exercise will improve strength for your chest. Repeat this exercise 2-3 days a week!
