Welcome to week 4 of our series Tips from the Tour. With these golf fitness tips straight from the tour pros you can improve your golf game while increasing your fitness level! For this weeks tip we are using an iron from your golf bag. Keeping the shoulder girdle flexible will add more stability at the top of your backswing!
Lets Get Started!

Shoulder Rotation
Hold your club in front of you at shoulder height. Rotate the club the club to one side by dropping one hand towards your navel and crossing the chest with the other. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Slowly rotate back to the opposite side. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds.
