- Sandy Hits
Hurricane Sandy made landfall near Atlantic City, New Jersey at about 8PM Eastern last night. An estimated 7 million customers are without power from South Carolina north to Maine.
- Eyes on 2013
The PGA TOUR released its schedule for 2013. In one change, the Valero Texas Open moves a week before The Masters. Also, to accomodate the shorter season 8 events will increase their fields.
- No Defense
Luke Donald has decided to not defend his title in the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic. Remember, he won the event last year to clinch the PGA TOUR money title.
- WGC Stars
Martin Kaymer defends his title this week in the WGC-HSBC Champions in China. Major champions Bubba Watson, Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson headline the star-studded field.
