- Walk with Tiger
Tiger Woods will begin the Wells Fargo Championship Thursday afternoon on the 1st tee alongside Geoff Ogilvy and Webb Simpson. Woods won this tournament in 2007.
- Star Attractions
Rory McIlroy will play one group behind Tiger Woods with Jim Furyk and David Toms. Phil Mickelson gets an early start tomorrow morning at 8am Eastern alongside Keegan Bradley and Bill Haas.
- Spanish Centennial
The Open de Espana celebrates its 100th year this week. Arnaud Massy of France won the inaugural event in 1912. In all, ten major champions have won this historic European Tour event.
- Young Invites
The Travelers Championship will showcase some of the youngest stars in the game. It has offered an invitation to amateur Patrick Cantlay -- who shot a 60 in this event last year. Ryo Ishikawa, Kelly Kraft, Bryden Macpherson and amateur Patrick Rodgers are also exempt into its field.
