Furyk detects some Tiger nerves

“I expected it to be positive, and it was even better,” Furyk said.

The trio had some fun together. They pleased the gallery down at the 16th hole where the folks like to urge players to skip practice shots off the pond and onto that green. Woods, Furyk and Couples all obliged to the delight of the gallery.

Couples said the conversation was all about golf.
