PEBBLE BEACH, Calf. – After 3 ½ hours Tiger Woods had seen enough. The world No. 1 ducked into a yard adjacent the 13th fairway at Pebble Beach Golf Links to cut short his second-to-last tune-up for the U.S. Open.
Woods teed off at 7 a.m. (PT) and blazed around the front nine but hit a wall on the back nine and had to call it an early day. He is scheduled to speak with the media at noon.
