Nicole Castrale parred the first extra hole to beat Ochoa at last year's Ginn Tribute, dropping the Mexican star's playoff record to 0-4.
It was the first year for the tournament hosted by retiring Hall of Famer and world No. 2 Annika Sorenstam, who will be in the field this week to try to win her own event. The top-ranked Ochoa will also be in the field; both players took last week off.
The GOLF CHANNEL and NBC will split television coverage.
Next week is the LPGA Tour's second major of the season, the McDonald's LPGA Championship, where Suzann Pettersen claimed her first major last season.
