Prange, who is featured on The Golf Channel's 'Big Break V: Hawaii', collected $9,800 for her first victory. Her best finish on the Duramed Futures Tour was a tie for sixth place last year at the Lakeland Futures Golf Classic.
Stephanie George finished second at minus-8 after a 3-under 68 on Sunday. Song-Hee Kim posted a 2-under 69 and came in third at 5-under-par 208.
Lori Atsedes (70) came in fourth place at minus-4.
Danielle Downey (68), Jeanne Cho (70) and Sarah Lynn Johnston (73) tied for fifth at 3-under-par 210.
Sarah-Jane Kenyon, who won this title last year, only managed a 1-over 72 on Sunday and finished in a group tied for 15th place at 1-over-par 214.
