Grand Slam of Golf to Remain at Poipu Bay


PGA of AmericaThe PGA of America announced on Monday that the PGA Grand Slam of Golf will remain at Poipu Bay Golf Course in 2005.
When the event is played November 22-23, 2005, it will mark the 12th consecutive year at Poipu Bay.
The event features the winners of the four major championships, the Masters, U.S. Open, British Open and PGA Championship. The two-day, 36-hole event features a $1,000,000 purse.
Jim Furyk won the 2003 crown, while Phil Mickelson, Retief Goosen, Todd Hamilton and Vijay Singh will battle it out for the 2004 crown.
