Kaymer Trahan Jump in World Rankings

Reigning European Tour Rookie of the Year Martin Kaymer and PGA TOUR upstart D.J. Trahan parlayed victories last week into major jumps in the latest world rankings for golf.
Kaymer coasted to a wire-to-wire win at the Abu Dhabi Championship, jumping 42 places to No. 34 in the world, while Trahan overtook Justin Leonard at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic to move up 114 spots to 113th.
Above them, little changed in the world top-20.
Tiger Woods, of course, remained No. 1 and was followed again by Phil Mickelson, Steve Stricker, Jim Furyk, Ernie Els, Justin Rose, K.J. Choi and Adam Scott.
Rory Sabbatini was up one place to No. 9, dropping Padraig Harrington to 10th, while Vijay Singh, Sergio Garcia, Geoff Ogilvy and Angel Cabrera held onto positions 11-14.
Henrik Stenson moved up a spot to 15th, knocking Zach Johnson to 16th, where he was followed by Aaron Baddeley, Luke Donald and Trevor Immelman. Lee Westwood made a three-spot jump to No. 20, knocking Niclas Fasth from his position last week.
