Cristie Kerr overcame a four-shot deficit on Sunday to win the Franklin American Mortgage Championship, and Monday she was up one place to No. 5 in the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.

Michelle Wie made her first cut in a men's event over the weekend at the Asian Tour's SK Telecom Open. But for the second time this season Wie, who had been ranked second, was ineligible for this week's rankings because she is one event short of the 15 required by the current points earning cycle to be included.

Wie's exit was responsible for Kerr's jump to fifth place, and also a one-spot bump for everyone else in the top 10, outside of No. 1 Annika Sorenstam.

Trailing Sorenstam is Paula Creamer, Lorena Ochoa, Yuri Fudoh, Kerr, Juli Inkster, Karrie Webb, Ai Miyazato, Jeong Jang and Hee-Won Han.

Brittany Lang also jumped one place to 11th, Shiho Ohyama was up two places to 12th, Natalie Gulbis remained 13th, Mi Hyun Kim moved up one to 14th and Pat Hurst jumped four places to 15th.

Sakura Yokomine slid up one place to 16th, replacing Jee Young Lee, who dropped to 17th. Meena Lee remained 18th, while Akiko Fukushima and Catriona Matthew received one-spot bumps to 19th and 20th.

The biggest jump in the rankings was by Angela Stanford, who jumped 24 places into the top-100 at 84. Stanford, who led after three rounds last week, carded a Sunday 73 and tied for second.
