Kerr Moves Up to Fourth in Womens Rankings


Despite Annika Sorenstam capturing the State Farm Classic on Sunday, it was runner-up Cristie Kerr who moved up in this week's Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings. Kerr moved up one to No. 4 this week.
Sorenstam was followed by Lorena Ochoa, Karrie Webb, Kerr and Juli Inkster, who fell to fifth. Paula Creamer, Michelle Wie, Jeong Jang, Pat Hurst and Yuri Fudoh completed the top 10.
Mi Hyun Kim moved up two to 11th this week, while Ai Miyazato and Se Ri Pak each dipped one to 12th and 13th, respectively. Shiho Ohyama and Hee-Won Han remained in their spots from last week.
Seon-Hwa Lee, Natalie Gulbis and Jee Young Lee held their places from the previous week. Sakura Yokomine climbed three to 19th and Sherri Steinhauer stayed in 20th.
