Kim earlier this year claimed the Futures Tour Qualifying Tournament and with this win earned $10,500.
Allison Fouch finished second for the second time this season. She posted her second round of even-par 72 on Sunday to end at 2-under-par 214. Fouch also took second place at the Lakeland Duramed Futures Classic.
Kim opened her final round with six straight pars. She then wrapped birdies at seven and nine around a bogey on the eighth.
A bogey on the par-5 11th dropped Kim to even par for her round and minus-1 overall. She came back with birdies on 12 and 16 to close out the win.
Rachel Bailey, Teresa Lu and Hye Jung Choi shared third place at even-par 216. Charlotte Mayorkas and Cristina Baena were one stroke further back at plus-1.
Su A Kim ended alone in eighth place at 2-over-par 218. May Wood and Ashley Prange, who won the last event, the Greater Tampa Golf Classic, shared ninth at plus-3.
