Martin's closing birdie finished off a round of 5-under 67 and gave her a one-shot win over Caroline Larsson at 9-under-par 207 overall.
Larsson was unable to make birdie past the 14th hole, closing with a 2-under 70 that put her a shot off the winning pace at 8-under 208.
Song Yi Choi (69) and Salimah Mussani (73) tied for third place at 5-under 211.
Larsson and Mussani shared the lead after the second round was completed Sunday morning. Players returned to the course early Sunday after high winds at the Underwood Golf Complex forced the suspension of the second round on Saturday.
