2005 Xerox ClassicROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Todd Pinneo and Rick Price share the lead at 10-under-par 130 during Friday's second round of the suspended Xerox Classic.

Play was suspended due to dangerous conditions and there was an 90-minute weather delay earlier in the round. Twenty-one players will need to return to Irondequoit County Club at 7:20 a.m. (ET) Saturday to finish their rounds.

Pinneo fired an 8-under 62 on Friday while Price shot a 7-under 63 in
round two.

Joe Daley posted a 5-under 65 and is tied for third place with Kim Felton,
who carded a 3-under 67. The duo is knotted at 8-under-par 132.

Pinneo flew out of the gate with the eagle on Friday. He hit a gap-wedge from
125 yards at the first, then watched as the ball took a couple of hops and
fell into the cup.

'I hit a good shot, but you try to forget it and go to the next shot,'
admitted Pinneo. 'If you don't, you start dwelling on it. It was a good shot,
it got me off to a good start and I'm happy.'

Pinneo continued his fine play when he knocked a 4-iron to 6 feet to set
up birdie at the fourth. He rolled in a 15-footer for birdie at the fifth,
then birdied two of his last three on the front nine to make the turn in 6-
under 29.

The 32-year-old parred his first three holes on the back nine, but played a
5-iron inside a foot for an easy birdie at the 13th. Pinneo was 9-under
par for the championship, then knocked a 5-iron to 3 feet at the last
to get in at minus-10.

'I got it in play and drove it good,' said Pinneo, whose best career finish on
the Nationwide Tour was a tie for 21st at the National Mining Association Pete
Dye Classic in early July. 'I've been swinging at it real good the last month.
I'm looking forward to the weekend. It's a new territory.'

Price also got off to a strong start, with his coming on No. 10. He was 3
under over his first two holes, including an eagle at the par-4 11th that
was a result of an 8-iron from 145 yards out.

Price never got close to the hole on the back nine, but returned to red
figures with a 6-foot birdie putt at the par-5 third. He drained a 20-
foot birdie putt at five, a 6-footer for birdie at seven and two-putted the
par-5 ninth for another birdie and a share of the lead.

'I've been playing good the last six or seven weeks,' said Price, who has made
the cut in four of his last five starts. 'There are a lot of good players out
here.'

Scott Petersen (67), Scott Gardiner (63) and Jim McGovern (66) are tied for
fifth place at minus-7.

Tim Wilkinson (67), Bill Haas (67), Pat Bates (66) and Eric Axley (68) are in
the clubhouse tied for eighth place at 6-under-par 134. Bubba Dickerson, who
held the first-round lead, is at 6-under par through 16 holes. Steve LeBrun
and Andrew Pratt are also at 6 under on the course.
