The trio had to work overtime, however, and defeated the team of Andy Van Slyke, Ralph Terry and Pete Weber on the first hole of a sudden death playoff.
Van Slyke, Terry and Weber held the lead after the 18-hole scramble with a 55, but struggled to a 73 in the nine-hole, two best-balls portion.
Tettleton, Ciccarelli and Marinaro shot 58 in the scramble and managed a 70 in the best ball to earn a spot in the playoff.
Rick Rhoden teamed with Alfonso Ribeiro and Jan Stenerud to share third place. They were joined by the teams of Billy Joe Tolliver, Cliff Richey and Scott Sanderson and Bernie Nicholls, John Congemi and John Ashton at 13-under-par 131 at Bolingbrook Golf Club.
