Webb into Top-5 Ochoa Replaces Creamer at No 2


Karrie Webb's win at the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill on Sunday helped her move up three spots to No. 4 in the new Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.
Annika Sorenstam remained No. 1, but Mexican Lorena Ochoa moved to No. 2. Paula Creamer, who will defend her title at the Sybase Classic this week, slipped to third with Webb behind her. Cristie Kerr tied for fourth behind Webb and stayed in fifth place in the new rankings.
Yuri Fudoh slipped two places to sixth, while Juli Inkster was down one to seven. Ai Miyazato remained eighth and was followed by Hee-Won Han, who inched up one space.
Defending Women's British Open champion Jeong Jang dipped one place to 10th while Shiho Ohyama was up one space to 11. Brittany Lang was down one to 12th.
Natalie Gulbis, Mi Hyun Kim and Pat Hurst remained 13th through 15th this week. Jee Young Lee and Sakura Yokomine exchanged places with Lee up to 16th. Meena Lee followed that duo in 18th place.
Ji-Hee Lee won the Vernal Ladies tournament in Southern Japan this week and that helped her leap 13 places to 19th in the latest rankings. Akiko Fukushima dropped to 20th this week, while Catriona Matthew dipped out of the top 20 to 22nd.
