Yims Rank Soars Top-10 Remains Unchanged

With her win Sunday at the Florida's Natural Charity Championship, Sung-Ah Yim flew up 57 spots to No. 49 in the latest version of the Rolex World Rankings.
The top-10 in the rankings remained unchanged from a week ago. No. 1 Annika Sorenstam was again followed by Michelle Wie, Paula Creamer, Yuri Fudoh, Lorena Ochoa, Cristie Kerr, Juli Inkster, Ai Miyazato, Karrie Webb and defending Women's British Open champion Jeong Jang.
Brittany Lang entered the rankings this week at No. 11. She tied for 11th behind Yim and that was the completion of her 15th event making her eligible to enter the rankings.
Hee-Won Han, Natalie Gulbis, Jee Young Lee, Shiho Ohyama and Sakura Yokomine each fell one space from a week ago and are now ranked 12th through 16th, respectively.
Pat Hurst tied for 13th this week and that helped her move up two notches to 17th in the new rankings. Meena Lee remained in the 18th spot, while Catriona Matthew tumbled two places to 19.
Kasumi Fujii rounded out the top 20 this week despite falling four spaces in the latest rankings.
