Living in a town of 2000 people, there's a period of adjustment which I think we've gone through as a town. For the most part what I see everyday is incredibly positive. And I don't think all of those same people would have been positive three years ago. And the local townspeople needed and wanted to save their town. And said if our town is ever to have a chance of success in the future, we need to have a golf course built there and we can't afford it so let's find someone who can. And along comes Mike Kaiser whose affinity for pure golf could resurrect a community. I don't ever say we were given a golden egg. We have beenan article was in the local paper. It said that Chicago businessman, Mike Kaiser , was gonna come out and build a golf course . My immediate reaction was, we already have a perfectly good nine hole golf course . Why would we want another one? I was looking on the east and west coast. A broker called me out of thenoes were all over coming, how can this work? And I think Mike Kaiser knew how it could work cuz he had the experience to have seen it work. Inevitably, it's just the human condition to be skeptical You looking at a change in the community that in some ways they didnt ask for. I mean they did want to have some kind of industry come in but it wanted to be something that maybe they felt was more inclusive to everyone and a golf course isn't inclusive to everyone except as employment. That's good progress. And that's good news for the avid amateur anxious to find out when Gil Hanse will get the okay to build that sixth course at Bandon Dunes.
