Now, go ahead slowly to the impact position and finish all the way down the target line. Okay, so what are you feeling right now? So I'm having to disconnect the top and the bottom of my body. Yes, exactly disassociation. One this is doing. The other thing cannot do. You must create separation in a golf swing and this is a great way to see if you can do it. While in balance. Maintaining balance . So you're not moving all over the place. Yeah, cuz it's quite hard you could fall of balance. And your feet go all over the place. So the key, Correct. Correct. Yeah. The key is being aware of, what are your feet doing. Now, Yeah. Let's go ahead an work on core activation . So connect your arms to your torso. Right? Maintain a very good spine angle and setup position once again. Don't allow the arms to move away from the body, okay? And now, what I want you to do, is turn just the torso, all the way to the top of the back swing, there you go, work real hard at it, keep your feet moving in the right position, forward, down to the impact position , all the way to the follow through position. Very good. We notice with Carla, her right foot is baling or it's leaking. It's moving. As she turns right she loses the stability. And we're gonna work on correcting that. Okay. Because your feet have to be in very good positions of stability in a golf swing or they sort of spin out, if you would. You see that Yeah. And we see that in your golf swing that you sent us which I'm very appreciative cuz now we really know what to do. Okay, so the third thing that we're gonna do is we're actually gonna take a full golf swing while you're walking. Now, we know that you don't do this while you play, but really this is a great way to
