I was working around Zach and his coaches the other day, and they were working on stabilization and rotation. So one of the things we have to realize is sometimes that takes a tool. We'll call this band the golf tool for today. Okay. Okay. How much does the band cost? You know, bands range anywhere from like 20 to $40. Okay. But make sure the band is, is right for you, the resistance shouldn't be too much so you don't lose feel. Okay. Okay on that point let's go ahead and give you a drill that drives power from the ground through your legs, create a good transition and then some extension and upper body rotation. And let me show
