Englishman Lee Slattery leads the Madrid Masters through two rounds. World No.1 Luke Donald followed up his opening-round 68 with a 70 and trails by five.72. He double bogey on the 11th. It didn't help, of course. Luke Donald struggled coming in. He played well up until the 16th hole. There, he should birdie at the 12th. Donald with bogeys on 16th and 18th for a round of 70. He's in at 6-under par. Oliver Wilson , searching for his first career victory on the European Tour with a chance to get it done over the weekend. It's going to be a big weekend for Wilson who is currently outside of the Top 150 in the Race to Dubai. Eduardo De La Riva also has a big weekend ahead playing on the sponsor invitation this week. He doesn't have [unk] on the Challenge Tour and on the European Tour. And, De La Riva in a round of 67 in 10-unde. Only one behind. Francesco Molinari , one of the players to beat in Madrid this weekend. This was his approach at the 6th. Molinari with a round oftask for Slattery who does have a couple of wins on the Challenge Tour . But, this is a whole different ball game on the main tour.
