Watch Morning Drive on Golf Channel.you know the area exceptionally well. So we just heard Charlie's Favorite golf course . You've played some out there, you've played a lot of golf out there. Mine's We-Ko-Pa, the Saguaro Course, it's a 36 hole facility. This is a Coore-Crenshaw, it's beautiful. It's in the Fort McDowell area, which is a suburb of Phoenix. Elevated so you get the nice elevation change, it's really lush, green I mean, look at this. Yes you're in the desert, but there are times when you kind of forget you're in the desert and all you see are hills and green lush terrain in front of you. It's a marvelous golf course , beautifully designed, and very fun to play. I've sent a lot of people out there to the Saguaro course. You have? Yeah, absolutely. We-Ko-Pa, number 36 on my top 50 public courses on the country. I can't imagine ever going to the Scottsdale area and not playing TPC Scottsdale,Stadium course. I think a lot of buddies trip itineraries have been built around those two courses specifically. Then you got Troon North, Monument. That's a very fun golf course . Gotta play with. Matt Ginella answers @jel779's question about the best golf resort trip for the winter.who care about casinos, there's top golf right there, there's two good golf courses there, you can also spoke down and play. Course is like TPC Scottsdale. Or Weikapa. I really like the Western Kirlin Resortvery good spot and then you have access to the True North golf courses . Over in FLorida here I really like Grand Cypress right here in Orlando. If you're boyfriend and his buddies were coming intothere. You're gonna get good food. You're gonna lose a lot of golf balls on those golf courses , they are tough, but then you have access to all that is South Beach and Miami and the nightlife. And who doesn't like that? Right, there's the balance right there.
