Now the forearms are very important for the release in the golf swing and then he works his way into an up and down action with the wrist, which is really helpful For warming up that wrist because the hinging mechanism is really important in the golf swing . That's where you get that lag from. Now, two clubs out in front and he begins to stretch his calves, hamstrings and back. So it's as simple as straight down. Feel the stretch. And then, all the way up like so. Do that again. All the way down as far as you can go. I'm obviously not very flexible. And then, all the way up. So, that's really working those calves, hamstrings and lower back. Mid back region and the cervical spine as well. So from there, then he gets going on the triceps, putting the clubs behind his back like so and working

You know, it's very very simple, but the idea is to get out of being in that position. Okay, so you're at the office, you get your work done, it's two o'clock. You want to go chase the sunset, play some golf. Yeah. So you go to the golf course and you're sitting in a golf cart. In a golf cart. Well there's a couple of things you can do. Very simple.
