Fleetwood wins Johnnie Walker Championship in playoff
Fleetwood, Gonzalez, and Gallacher fight to the end in a one hole playoff. Tommy Fleetwood gets the win.of the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles. It was a thrilling finish, Stephen Gallacher delighting the home fans with this eagle putt at the 18th. Just hit an 18 under par total. It was a final round 67 for Gallacher. Meanwhile, out on the golf course , Tommy Fleetwood and this man, Ricardo Gonzalez with a chance to tie or perhaps beat him this for an eagle to get to 19 under par for Gonzalez. He would tap that in to finish at 18 under. Fleetwood also finished at 18 under par and we would need a playoff between those 3 players. In the playoff, this birdie putt for Gallacher, the other two still had to play. So, I missed opportunity for Gallacher and he knew that he was out of it at that time. Ricardo Gonzalez now for his birdie, and he misses which means Fleetwood would have a short birdie putt to win for the first time on the European Tour . And that was it. The main victory for a man who grace the top of the amateur world rankings and also the challenge to a world rankings in his short career, and now he's a winner on the European Tour and looking to move further up the race to do by.
