I like for the at Harbortown, I like 2013 champion Graeme McDowell . He's a very straight hitter of the golf ball a wonderful putter, obviously can play under pressure, we've seen that in his Ryder Cup career. I like it and there's a couple of things that he does with his golf swing that I think are great. He's obviously very in tune with his ball swipe tendencies. I've watched him hit balls when they'vebut if you tend to draw it and you're playing a tight golf course , make practice swings that would have a fade. If you tend to fade it, make practice swings that would have a draw. So I tend to leak the ball to the right. So my practice swings tend to be. A little bit more. We've actually got the 18th here at the Heritage right here, the famous lighthouse in the distance. So I've made my practice swings. GCA: Sutton's driving accuracy tip
Major Champion Hal Sutton teaches you why accuracy is more important than distance.swings in you. Make sure you don't hit them all on the driving range ." So, I worked in to my game that if I hit two or thee really good drives with my driver, that's all I needed to see. What I see you all do mostly on the range is you love to see the driver. You like to hit a bunch of them, you like to see it go a long ways. Let's not worry about that. It takes a lot of effort to hit a good driver. Hold it down, hit a lot of irons, get a few drivers that you like, and then let's go to the golf course with that.
