between maybe playing a little golf and flying an F16, and the mental struggles or the mental challenges and how you overcome all of that, and now it's time for you to teach. Go get them. -Well, I loveit's about the process, and we build the physical process and a mental process. The physical process and you do a great job, you have a wonderful pre-shot routine, you wanna walk us through your pre-shot routine? -No, no, no. It's all about you right now. -Okay, all right. -[unk]. -[unk]. I'm trying to throw the ball to you. -I almost feel like I'm in the camera watching. -Well, that's good. So, as we get up, my pre-shot routine is I'm gonna set up, I'm gonna take my stance, I'm gonna look at the target, I'm gonna take two waggles, I'm gonna bump the club twice; one, two, and I'm gonna hit the shot. -A good swing. -Physical routine, right, that's the anchor for the mental routine. The mental side of this is what are you thinking when you hit that golf shot and I'm a big believer that when it's time to go play golf, once you've digested all your great tips on The Golf Fix and you're getting out there that it's gotta be about the target. And those are the things that flying an F16 and golf have in common is we are absorbed in the target, and whether that's, you know, taking out a building in Iraq or we're aiming at a pin-tucked, you know, left on a green with water all around it, it's so critical to be thinking target. So, my mental process anchored by my physical process, I'm set up, I take two waggles, I look at the target and when I lookthe routine becomes so critical not only the physical side but the mental side, and we talked about a guy like Gary Woodland, he knows exactly what he is gonna think every time he goes -
