Palmer Withdraws from Senior PGA

04 Senior PGA ChampionshipLOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Arnold Palmer withdrew from the Senior PGA Championship on Friday because of a hip injury.
The 74-year-old Palmer shot an opening 86 on Thursday and noticeably limped throughout his round. Afterward, he complained about his play, not his health.
'There is no coordination or anything in my game,' Palmer said. 'My mood isn't too good, but I feel good.'

Bob Murphy also dropped out after injuring his wrist. Murphy was 8-over through 17 holes when play was suspended Thursday.
Murphy stayed for the weekend to work as an analyst for NBC.
Jack Fleck, the 1955 U.S. Open and 1979 Senior PGA champion, withdrew for personal reasons. Fleck, 82, shot an 85 Thursday.
