When choosing a new pair of golf shoes, it's important to go over the essentials.

Lightweight performance and innovative technology?

Comfort and style?

Trusted by some of the PGA Tour's biggest names?

If these are the things you look for in a golf shoe (and you should) then look no further than Cobra Puma Golf's newest offering, the Biofusion Tour

Biofusion is available for men and women (Biofusion Wns) in more traditional black and white or plenty of the bold color combinations that Cobra Puma Golf has become known for. Puma is so confident in these shoes that they also offer a two-year waterproof guarantee.

The secret is in the combination of top-of-the-line shoe technology. Among other things is the EverFoam and FusionFoam, which is lighter than ever before and remembers the golfer's foot to provide comfort and stability everytime you step on the course, as well as the cushioning foam under the sockliner known as ID Cell. It also features a power frame on the midsole which increases the flexibility and traction. The Biofusion was designed with a microfiber upper for anti-wicking performance and textile lining for breathability that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.

Puma Tour staffers Rickie Fowler and Jonas Blixt, among others, will be sporting the Biofusions in 2014. (Hopefully in the same color, at the same time.)

“The Biofusion is easily the best golf shoe I’ve ever worn,” said Fowler, in a press release. “The technology behind this shoe makes a noticeable difference for me on the course, it's super light but provides the right amount of flexibility and support through my swing.”

And if you thought Puma was stopping here, you are sorely mistaken. Part of their vision for 2014 was to expand on their wildly popular LiteStyle collection, so they are also releasing the Biofusion Lite, which boasts the same performance features and a similar silhouette, as well as the Biofusion Spikeless Mesh, a spikeless version that features slow-recovery memory foam and a waterproof mesh exterior. Check out more about Puma's LiteStyle in the video below.

“As the driving force behind the Puma Golf footwear line, LiteStyle fits perfectly into Puma Golf’s mantra. ‘Look better. Feel better. Play better,’" said Tom Manthe, global marketing manager of Puma Golf.
