This week marks the 23rd event of the 2014-15 PGA Tour season, as 132 players tee it up at the RBC Heritage. Each week, a panel of experts will offer up their picks from four groups of players, based on Golf Channel's fantasy game, Fantasy Challenge. We will also keep track of their scores and standings. The panel includes: senior writers Rex Hoggard and Randall Mell; editorial director Jay Coffin; associate editor Will Gray; 'Morning Drive' host Gary Williams; host Charlie Rymer and defending fantasy champion Ryan Lavner.
Group 1: Zach Johnson: Back to his old SeeMore putter, Johnson tied for ninth at the Masters, his third consecutive top 20. Harbour Town is a perfect match for his A-to-B style.
Group 2: Charley Hoffman: Riding high off his top 10 at the Masters, where he kept it respectable while playing in the penultimate group Sunday. Consistent performer here, with top 10s two of the past three years.
Group 3: Brendon de Jonge: Three top 25s in his last five starts, including a 2015-best T-5 in Houston.
Group 4: Luke Guthrie: Playing better of late - his T-7 in Tampa and T-17 in Houston are his best finishes of the season.
Group 1: Jordan Spieth: Yeah, he'll be tired, and there should be a letdown, but he's in the powerful habit of contending.
Group 2: Kevin Streelman: Coming off a nice Masters finish, was T-3 at Hilton Head two years ago. There's confidence to be found in those numbers.
Group 3: Boo Weekley: Not great form of late, but all those memories winning twice at Hilton Head should provide a nice spark.
Group 4: Scott Brown: Banking that his T-5 at Hilton Head last year means this place inspires him.
