John Daly is scheduled to make his PGA Tour Champions debut in May at the Insperity Invitational, the tour tweeted out on Monday.

Daly turns 50 on April 28. The Insperity event is May 6-8 at the Woodlands Country Club outside of Houston. Daly tweeted out this response on Tuesday.

The two-time major winner has not played a PGA Tour event during the 2015-16 schedule and made known his disappointment in not getting an exemption into next week's Valspar Championship at Innisbrook. He played the European Tour's Qatar Masters in January and missed the cut.
Golf Channel will air all three rounds of the Insperity Invitational.
